The PSA (Primary Security Administrator) for your company is your first line of support. Before contacting Autoliv support team, please reach out to your PSA for any questions regarding your account setup. For example, password resets, name changes, email changes, user profile updates, application assignments, etc. If you need further support, you can go to the support page found here.

Q. How do I get access to the Autoliv Partner Portal?
A. If you are an Autoliv supplier and do not have an account yet, you will be contacted by your lead buyer when it is time to create your account.

Q. How do I verify my email address with
A. Whenever you have a new account setup, reset your password, or change your email address – you will be required to “verify your email address.” You will receive an email with a specific link that you will need to click on and use to log into the system. You will be required to use this specific link to verify your email address. Once verified, you can go to or use other links sent to you in emails to login.

Q. How do I find help for the applications in the APP (Autoliv Partner Portal)?
A. Once logged into the Portal, you can click on Help from the top menu bar which will open a window with several documents with user guides or videos attached for your reference.

Q. Why am I not receiving any emails from Autoliv Partner Portal?
A. Be sure to check your Junk/Spam folders. Make sure that you ask your IT department should whitelist the following email address:

Q. If I have forgotten my password, how can I reset it?
A. Use the link located below the User ID & Password login to reset your own password. You can also contact your PSA (Primary Security Administrator) and ask them to assist you in resetting your password.

Q. When I reset my password, what are password requirements for
A. New passwords for will need to follow these requirements:
- Passwords are case-sensitive.
- Passwords must be at least 6 characters and maximum 8 characters.
- Passwords must contain at least three of following character types: Numbers/digits [0-9], uppercase letters [A-Z], lowercase letters [a-z], and special characters [!@#$%^&*].

- Passwords should not be similar to previous passwords.
- Passwords should not contain regular or familiar words, such as names of pets or children.
- You should NEVER SHARE YOUR PASSWORD WITH ANYONE! Autoliv support will not ask for your password, it is not required to support you.
